Conditions:

• Deposit: 20% of the rental price when booking

• Final payment: 3 weeks before arrival

• additional costs:
  -  deposit: € 150,00
  -  Tourist tax (since 1.1.2025):  € 1,60 per day for children from 6 years;  € 3,50 per day for adults over 16 years; children under 6 years are free of charge

• arrival: from 15:00 o`clock

• departure: until 10:00 o`clock

 

Cancellation:

• up to 30 days before arrival free of charge

• from 30 days from arrival 80% of the accommodation costs
